@pushforliberty That “document” changes every two years, has 126 amendments, and spans over 200 pages. Who could keep track? In fact, for the low low price of $10M, you too can get your very own amendment to the Missouri Constitution!

While I don’t disagree that the income tax is one of the worst forms of theft, I still believe the biggest threat to the prosperity of Americans is government spending and the unending creation of fiat currency.

Why leave out the part that this state has a spending problem and that your overall taxes won’t decrease? Oh yeah, because they don’t want to actually work on the budget shortfalls that we’re about to face. They want to put on a facade.

Honestly, what the heck are you talking about. Conservatism isn't a policy position but a political and personal disposition. You may have political beliefs that align with conservatism but that doesn't make any one a conservative. The test on whether or not someone holds conservative principles is by observing their conservation of what's good, true, and beautiful (and their pursuit of gradual progress). Furthermore, your staunch populism is antithetical to conservatism: “A Populist, whose basic conviction is that the cure for democracy is more democracy, conserves nothing—even though he may wish to do so. In fact many of them believe it’s the courts job to judge that, and that’s the problem. Some of us want constitutional legislation, and that’s it.

I can’t swear to it but it’s almost like a paid endorsement for Amendment 5 in MO, people I’ve never heard of crawling out from their cave to tell us why we should support the Pelosi Amendment.

Pretty sure the party platform is smaller government and less spending. The constitution is so important to them that most of them ignore their oaths to it. They’ve abandoned their platform and found themselves addicted to lobbyists.

The influencer class is out in full force trying to convince the people of Missouri to give up their power by voting yes in Amendment 4. That should highlight the fact that there is money,or promise of money, to those who propagandize for the castration of the people’s power.

@RINOhunter1776 Why are the people who've been Speaker in Missouri so flawed? Diehl is in prison right now. He also was all ego, low IQ. What entities profit from having these extremely inappropriate people in these positions? That's maybe the hidden more serious issue. Goes back decades.
