Good morning, happy bank holiday 🥳 Lost 7lbs last week with all my walking and healthier eating choices! That’s 3st I’m just less than 3 months! Although I did weigh with clothes my first weigh 🤣 Was looking forward to getting out lots today but my ankle is SORE AF, rest day 🥺

@tboake2000 Zero streaks, and other than the 4 people that wished me happy birthday, not spoke to anyone on there for well over a month 🤣 just really can’t be arsed 🤣

@pwestern I only use it with my 2 daughters to keep in touch. Our streaks are 1,400!

Don’t get me wrong I haven’t used Snapchat in FOREVER because meh but got to love notifications of memories from two years…..not 🤦🏻‍♂️

Happy Saturday 🥳 only a few more nights off work, did an almost 12miles walk yesterday and loved it. Body is a little sore though and it was hot! Here are some lovely pictures 🥰 Easier day today, just a leisurely walk for me 🫶
