Support access to employment for Non-EEA PhD students' spouses in Ireland.
Allowing spouses to work helps alleviate financial strain, supports academic focus, and helps stress.

Despite promising a stipend increase to €25,000 per annum for @SEAI_ie funded researchers, members in @MaynoothUni @UCC @uniofgalway and @tcddublin have yet to receive this.
All such pay disparities and underfunding of PhD researchers must end.
