Rewards are distributed upon forging. For the demo/alpha, Genesis Holder rewards have already been distributed (~70K $ADA).
Rotation order is based on rarity. You can check when a PXL is next in rotation by searching for it on the PXL Explorer (pxlz.org/explorer) and clicking on it.
Alpha will feature 4 heroes to choose from at the start, with the remaining 6 Royale PXL Heroes added incrementally.

All of this is live, in-game footage. Everything is built from scratch by a solo developer (me), using @Blender + @babylonjs. It runs in the browser. Still got a ways to go, but we're getting there.🖖⚔️🌀

@DjediMindTrick Yeah, a tx with a hash that's too long got accepted by nodes running on versions between 10.3.x and 10.5.1 and didn't get accepted by the other nodes, thus the fork

Following up: the chain forked due to a bad tx, versions 10.3.x <-> 10.5.1 accepted the bad tx, truncation incoming.

CARDANO HASNT STOPPED - node version 10.1.4 has stopped but anyone on a diff newer version is running and the ghost chain continues. Example below I have 10.4.1 relay ticking along lovely.
