@KCH_76 @RIPatriot4547 @Mwokroy @NUCLRGOLF @grok what’s the consensus on errant golf balls that damage surrounding homes. No malicious intent from the golfers just an accidental golf shot that breaks a window. Who’s responsible legally?

🏡 🏌️ This golf course says if your tee shot hits a house then you’re financially responsible for the damages…

by paying the green fees you agree to all the course rules and regulations and if you pay for a cart you agree to all the rules and regulations associated with the cart....so as long as the rule(s) are clearly posted you entered a legal and probably binding contract by paying to greens fees

@CaptainMang @xNickOnline I won’t put any dudes last name on me. It’s fuckin odd regardless of who they are or what the name is. With a Caveat for familial ties ofc.

I still cannot fathom that people pay bro $125,000 to join his brotherhood. We live in a simulation.

@Mark_Wilson_ Tim Hortons is the face of the anti imigration movement. It’s where some Canadians are making a stand. It’s much more than “a topic about pastries”

I'm in awe at the fact that (supposedly) grown adults are making donut shops a hot topic in Canada. I can't say I know an adult who eats pastries.

@RIPatriot4547 @Mwokroy @NUCLRGOLF Being warned doesn’t matter. The golf course can refuse your bookings. But they don’t hold any legal authority to make the claim unless you signed an agreement.

@Jeremy3FL @NUCLRGOLF It's very legal. Some courses/ properties have it written in who is responsible when a person is buying a house, but most times if you break it you pay for it.

@NUCLRGOLF I’ve seen signs like that before, not sure how legally binding they are. Most likely anything would be a civil matter anyway, would be up to the homeowner to sue someone if they don’t willingly pay. I don’t think there are any actual legal ramifications otherwise.

It's been 12 (very) long years since 3G Capital (A Brazilian investment firm)... ...acquired @TimHortons and immediately took to betraying the communities they serve. For those of you not in the know, 3G is a private equity firm and PE absolutely LOVES cheap labour. The cheaper the better. So they petitioned the government to import as many temporary foreign workers so they could get a hefty discount on labour. Guess who pays the difference? You do. Quality has vanished from Tim Hortons... ...just as quality is vanishing from our communities nwo that they've swamped us with people from an incompatible culture. So was it worth it, 3G Capital? Once @dunkindonuts gets back to Canada, you know what's going to happen next.
Sonduren Fanarredha@lifewitsonduren

Tim Hortons is in the FO stage. They are backtracking on their use of the temporary foreign worker program and promises to not lobby the government anymore. Sorry, the damage is done. I continue to BOYCOTT TIM HORTONS.
