I’m surprised Mateus Fernandes has been left out the Portugal squad, but the one area they don’t need to worry about is midfield. We can’t say the same. And this could open up a little window to get in there early and secure him. I’m a huge fan of this guy. 👏🏽

@WayneHopper_ i would say 70% of his signings have worked out. we’re a perfect example of spending money & having limited success. he’s needed big money at every club he’s been at & we could debate this all day but it’s already miserable out there 😀🙄

Chelsea will finish above us next years in my opinion. Not just because they have a better manager than us but the fact they’re only going to be playing once a week. With us playing UCl football I have a feeling it’s going to catch up to us as I have no confidence in the board bringing in the 6/7 players minimum we need.

All this Lewandowski talk makes some sense but presumably a lot of wages for a 37 year old. That being said, Benjamin Sesko does need some genuine competition and/or mentorship as our starting striker. As much as I like Zirkzee, he isn’t either of those things. 🤨
