During the last payment cycle, I received almost nothing compared to bandmates, even though I had submitted much before them & multiple times. I’m sorry if I sound harsh. This is not an aggressive tone of voice. I am just very sad & anxious & really trusted you. Please do better.

@SOCANFoundation @CMRRA please fix your user interfaces and hire people who know how to run a platform. I am losing money and time trying to navigate this horrible system of yours. Socan all data we have submitted over the years is jumbled. I no longer appear under my own songs.

@AirCanada what has happened to your company? Utterly atrocious & unacceptable. Got turned around today & had to sit in the plane on the tarmac. No services provided other than small cup of water. Got to destination 6 hours late. No food, no tea, no coffee on the flight… 🧵 1/2
