For a primary yea, but there's a clear better option using the same slot in levis.
The only meta relevance prim dps ever had was as a last option,super gen, or lunafaction outbreak rivalling mountaintop in forsaken.
The issue with heirarchy is it cant be a last option because it relies on super, it doesnt generate an insane amount of ammo, and it doesnt rival just as eathy alternate settups.

The cost of the 2 campaign skips I did for Edge of Fate is a much better alternative than the therapy I’d need from the mental damage of doing all the matterspark segments again.

I love how they just don't even care which dungeon you do. You can just go into one of the early dungeons designed around antiquated sandboxes and just steamroll it in 20 mins.
