If you’re about to settle a Cat PI claim, you should ask your care expert to check if the rates in their report are still correct. One of our client’s care package has just leapt from £406k to £471k, an increase of 16%. There’s a real shortage of good carers because of Brexit.

I’ve seen it all now. D’s Counter Schedule in a below knee amputation case includes this gem: “He is not disabled within the Ogden definition as his amputation does not have a substantial effect on his ability to carry out normal day to day activities.”

@aawguide Well done your mum, you must be very proud of her, I hope my wife does that for me, partial to tangfastics myself.
