i <3 lamotrigine. the only non-insufferable non-acute of the psych meds. and seems to be doing me good. apparently also works for unipolar depression. i don't know why it's not first line instead of SSRIs. be advised, withdrawals cause depression

@puella_meiberu @fractalmagica the most effective treatment I've seen in high quality studies is sodium oxybate, which was refused approval BC fibro patients are all addicts or smth (ard.eular.org/article/S0003-…). Seems like sleep+muscle relaxation is a good treatment, which, yeah definitely helped here as well.

@puella_meiberu @fractalmagica To show variety, our body has peripheral neuropathies which respond very well to pregabalin, but also muscle and ~bone pain that requires opioids (which don't touch the first). We get memory triggered migraines too, actually, they're weird.
