@HelloMobile Warning: Potential Issue with Hello Mobile Service If you're using Hello Mobile, be cautious. Here's what happened to us: We were on auto pay and never received any communication (calls, texts, or emails) about a bill being due. They never even tried to request the payment from our bank. No notice, just one day out of the blue the phone doesn't work and the number is stolen.  The Hello Mobile system stopped withdrawing funds from our account without notice. They simply took people's numbers, and in doing so all their access to 2 factor authentication.  They also deleted our ability to pay the bill online. They said it was a system wide issue with their payment system but instead of running the request for payment after they found out they just let everyone's number go in the trash, stating they are not sure if number recovery is possible because it has already been five days past due. I can't understand taking someone's phone number for being five days late, even if they could not afford the bill, much less if the company just decided to not request the debt. Now, we’re left without phone service and may have lost access to our phone number. This is especially critical because we rely on two-factor authentication for important accounts tied to that number. We are currently working on an escalation, but the thought of losing access to all our accounts is terrifying. If you're with Hello Mobile, check your account immediately, but there is nothing to check. Phone one day gone the next. Dropping @QLinkWireless cuz their unlimited talk and text line isn't actually unlimited and they lie a lot. Also, their phone operators are from Indonesia and barely speak English. Just an all around horrible experience and I'm moving all my resources to a different company ASAP.
