Most founders figure out the revenue part. The harder question is whether you can legally receive it. You can have 1,000 paying users and still be running a side project if the money can't get to you.

Most founders are paying to coordinate their marketing, not run it. $50 for analytics. $80 for scheduling. $300 for SEO. $200 for copy tools. None of it moves together. All of it needs someone to manage it. That's more of admin stuff than stacks.
