@MichaelMOTTCM This all makes SO little sense - the big recent doveish tilt with such low unemp, fiscal expansion and strong GDP and core at 4% - that i must be missing something big. Or the Fed have gone mad. I suspect its the former - and it is not about economics, perhaps.

given the move in credit spreads and rate vol (QT expectaions), and given the sensitivity to both these, the nasdaq is now quite expensive. If credit stays wide/widens or if long end keeps selling off, there is some way to go down here imo.
SPX also above model now but not by as much

4200 on the #sp500 is a big level, from a support zone standpoint, but also the 200-day moving, but more importantly, below 4,200, the "bull market" is over.

But you need to take a step back to see how far you have travelled.
📉 US, EU and UK real GDP went down from 2.3% / 1.8% / 1.7% to 2.0%/1.1%/1.0%
📈 While core inflation went up from 2.3%/1.3%/1.6% to 5.5%/5.5%/6.8%
Markets do not seem to have really grasped this yet.
