@thaathebrewboyy @soulqueen500 “ yall” im saying this whole discourse is stupid , and it’s all because of generalization. i don’t agree with either side just being prejudice towards one another or tryna act like we all not black at the end of the day

Gentrification of Black American culture is never gonna sit right with me, Because I know years from now they’re gonna act like it was a collective effort by everyone, and deny the Black American originators

@UltCent @AsaruSeeker @saint_cloudy @hotstepmedia1 I have a question, how does this mean that what these people from ancient italy did influence grills to what they are now today if there isn’t neccesarlity a direct influence or correlation outside the fact that there’s just gold in their mouth for a different reason?or was there

@saint_cloudy @hotstepmedia1 Take a deep dive: How much of what we call Black American culture today was learned and adopted from the Southern Whites that Africans found themselves surrounded by when brought to America? You'd be surprised when you dig deep. Hint (Scot-Irish)

@saint_cloudy either you use the race card or you want other people validation. So why you not put Bruno Mars on the hot seat acting like black and making black music? His Jewish Puerto Rican Filipino who grow up in Hawaii.

Is there any other ethnic group having constant discourse about their culture with ppl not from it? It can be a non black group I just want to know. Is it the algorithm? Is this normal? I need answers

@KingStan316450 @720Sojo @FlexualChocolat @exstatikk i got a few questions if u don’t mind boss. 1. the purpose of the FBA title is for ethnic identification right or am i wrong? 2. why is it as if the way i see most folks go about it is like the FBA gotta hate the people born in Africa or parents from there?

@shehasaudacityy they did not exclusively introduce dreadlocks to the Jamaicans, but there is no doubt that there is a blend between the two cultures

@shehasaudacityy the core identity of rastafarian culture did not come from indians why are you doing this? they did have influence but it didn’t come from them, nor did dreadlocks? the hairstyles roots are shared amongst multiple cultures.

Black peoples history is made up of internet Afro centric kanging. “Dreads” and rastafarian culture came from Indians who lived in Jamaica. How about learn actual history and not the sh*t you made up

@taylorSsSsnake i think people are mad because they took this clip out of context and are tryna say indians claiming the hairstyle when the hairstyle rooted from multiple cultures, but regardless of this clip or what anyone says Africa has the richest documentation for hairstyle traditions

This is what got them mad?? Jamaican culture is heavly influenced by Indian hindu culture and the thing is she's not shaming Jamaicans for not coming up with the concept of dreads she's just stating a fact. What's a bunch of loser cornballs. Stay mad.

IShowSpeed is shocked to learn from Bob Marley’s Granddaughter that dreadlocks also have roots in India alongside Africa, and that ganja was brought to Jamaica by Indian indentured laborers 🇯🇲🇮🇳 🔥

@re3msicle @miagetscrazy @SpeedUpdates1 locks do have roots in both Africa and India Indian laborers added to the cultural mix in Jamaica like ganja and some spiritual aspects are clearer influences. but dreadlocks in the Caribbean Black context evolved mainly from African roots + local innovation in Rastafarianism.

@miagetscrazy @SpeedUpdates1 nasty for saying it’s nice to see Indians being credited for things that black Caribbean people get credited for and bamboozled society into thinking they started?? girl bye. i don’t argue with idiots.

Fetty wap is an all time real ass dude. Did 3 years in prison without snitching or folding. Told Drake to go fuck himself when he tried to take Fetty’s bro off the remix. Now he’s still holding down that same bro bringing him to OTR. That’s loyalty 🫡
