I just rolled out a team of 10 AI agents for a DTC Shopify brand.
Every Monday, most ecom teams sit in a meeting asking, "What happened last week?"
They waste hours pulling numbers. Then they try to use generic AI tools that hallucinate because they aren't connected to the actual data.
So, I completely replaced that workflow.
Here's the setup:
→ I wrote 10 specific AI prompts covering every role a brand needs (Growth, Ads, Email, CFO, Merchandiser, CRO).
-> I connected them to live data (Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo, etc.,) using Polar MCP.
→ I scheduled them all to run simultaneously using Claude Cowork. All deployed at once.
→ Now, these Agents analyze the live data and push prioritized action items straight into a Notion task tracker. Every task is tagged with a priority level, and the exact numbers backing up the decision.
The team just opens Notion and executes. Zero dashboards required.
The winning stack isn’t more AI. It’s AI grounded in live data, shipped into workflows.
I am giving away the exact blueprint so you can do this yourself.
You will get:
• My 10 e-com agent prompts
• The Claude Cowork setup guide
• The Notion task tracker template
• 1 free week of Polar MCP to run it on your own data
Comment AGENT and I will send it all to you.

$87,000 in sales lost last quarter… because 3 SKUs went out of stock.
That’s the cost of running inventory from exports and instinct.
So a few weeks ago, I asked our team: “What if Polar didn’t just show data, but acted on it?”
We didn’t want another dashboard.
We wanted real AI agents solving high-stakes, specific problems for Shopify brands.
📦 Meet Polar’s AI Inventory Planner
It works like this:
→ Flags SKUs before they stock out, with lead-time buffers built in
→ Spots slow movers before they trap cash in your warehouse
→ Generates reorder suggestions from live demand + vendor timelines
Early testers have cut stockouts by 35% and freed up 20% more working capital.
Comment STOCK to access the beta.
👇 PS: if you're one of the first, our AI team will give you special treatment 😉

@davdks Now that’s what I call practical AI. Ready to see it in action!

@levelsio Never saw this sign in Paris. I was always welcome to work in Cafés, except during lunch time, which makes sense as people eating actually spend money 😉

Lighthouse by @surfehq is live on Product Hunt! Their new product is awesome. It’s the first time I see an email enrichment tool that focuses that much on match rates, quality and synchronization to CRM. Love it 🏄♂️

@dataengdaily Exactly! To me, tools like WeWeb or Supabase that are 100% based on open-source technologies are the future.
No more black boxes.

@quentindty This point here is one of the biggest advantages of using weweb. The fact it generates standard vue.js which can be hosted anywhere is super useful.

🚨Anouncement!! 🚨
Hey all! I'm super excited to be announcing the (soft) launch of Fave Flow @faveflow!! Link in comments.
What is Fave Flow?
Fave Flow allows founders to list their favorite tools, agencies, software and anything else they love (like podcasts) so they can discover! Users can follow their favorite founders and see all of their recommended and most trusted companies that helped make them successful - all in one place. This lets users make informed & smart decisions when choosing a company or product while building their own business.
Why Build Fave Flow?
There are lots of sites where you can discover products (Product Hunt) and alot of sites where you can see reviews (G2). However, I believe there currently isn't a great solution where discovery, reviews & direct founder curation all intersect into one place. I believe @faveflow can help bridge that gap.
What Problem Is Fave Flow Solving?
As an agency owner, the best way to get new clients was often through referrals. Someone would ask my client if they had any accounting recs. They would then give them my agency contact info. But then, someone else would text them a week later asking for the same recs. It was an inefficient process.
In addition, I noticed that threads where founders listed their favorite 'stack' became popular (@Timb03 did a popular one for example). I bookmarked it so I can refer to it at a later time. The issue with that, however, is that it would get lost in all of my other bookmarks. And what if he updated that list or added different companies? I would have first see that new tweet & bookmark it again. Also, what if I wanted to see Tim's stack along with someone like @marclou and @MrNick_Buzz 's favorite companies all together in 1 place? I couldn't really without wasting alot of time. Fave Flow I hope can help resolve this.
So I started building .. somewhat. I wasn't sure if this was a need. Yes, my founder friends said it was a good idea. But they were friends. But then I saw @TakoTreba's tweet. She mentioned that she would strongly lean into using a product if someone she respected/knew recommended & used that product. A stranger online without knowing what I was building said it would be helpful. After her tweet, I went 110% to finish building Fave Flow.
Fave Flow is Officially Open!
Link below is in the comments! I'm so excited to share this because I actually think it will be a useful tool for founders to use. I'm doing a soft launch (as in I wont do major marketing like launching in PH) so that I can talk to users and see what they don't like and what they do like. I know already there will be tons of bugs and things that don't make sense. Also, for now - Fave Flow UI is NOT optimized for mobile. As soon as I'm done with this tweet I'll go back to working on that.
In the comments below I'll give some crucial shoutouts as well as some features that I think could be useful. I also plan to be as open as possible with my journey since the #buildinpublic community has been so great and informative to me. I plan to share back any knowledge I gain. I plan to do monthly or quarterly update reports.
Also, just for fun - the first 20 followers who follow @faveflow, register & submit atleast 3 companies - I'll enter into a raffle for a $50 Amazon giftcard!
Anyways, hope you all enjoy and yes - I'm nervous AF LOL.
