The phone call was made directly to this person with the sole purpose of requesting that their posts in 2024 be taken down and to urge an end to following ongoing harassment containing false and misleading revelations. It was a single, respectful call made in good faith by Hudson, and there was no intimidation or inappropriate conduct involved. The audio was published as part of an internal decision to bring to light the nature of the response from the fringe X user. In response to the recording, false claims have circulated suggesting that the caller (Hudson) unlawfully obtained the individual’s phone number or that a specific third party was responsible for sharing it. These claims are completely false. While Quiet Pact, the team responsible for internal decisions, is not disclosing how the number was obtained, we confirm that it was acquired through legal and appropriate means. Speculation about the source of the number is unfounded and misleading. Public posts by the individual accuse and share conspiracy without factual basis of a source or specific third party. Journalistic integrity includes the right to protect sources, and in this case, no wrongdoing occurred.
