Ok, I need you to be honest... We were a little too hard on this game when it came out? Diamond and Pearl was great, and honestly, looking at this game now, the art style is pretty cute and polished. Maybe not as good a remake as ORAS for its price, but respectable... or no?

The actual status is listed as having been pitched in October 2025—there's nothing else. To be frank, alleged October '25 date aside, it's nothing we didn't already know.

People are miserable man Made a video reviewing ZA, a game which I REALLY enjoyed, but because I enjoyed it apparently i’m “paid for by nintendo” and “not a real pokemon fan” I’ve been playing pokemon since 2010, when I was 4 years old, and i’d consider ZA in my top 3 🤷‍♂️

Like, it’s worth reporting on, but I’m seeing reactions as though a Sisko follow-up is confirmed, and I would not go that far.

I’d caution against reading TOO much into the relevant quote JUST yet. It might have been a more minor nod than some folks expect it will be.

@americanmcgee @damaen__ Why are you basing whether you make a game based on how many twitter likes it gets? (Unless Im confusing what you're implying here) Surely the demand is there based on these current numbers, so why not figure out a different way to gauge engagement.

I still wish someone could explain this to me. Why is it that an account with 5~6k followers can get 10k likes on a post about my game - while when *I* post about it, I am lucky to get 300 likes? And I have 50k+ followers. Are all my followers dead? This same thing happened during the entire time we were trying to drum up public support for "Alice: Asylum" - all that art, design, and other effort was essentially lost to the void. Why it frustrates me: In terms of the sort of response a publisher would want to see as a measure of the IP's potential, there was practically nothing. But to this day when a random X/Insta account posts up a video montage - it blows the doors off. What gives? PS: No shade toward those who pull these kind of numbers. More power to you. But I do wish some of that power could have been shown in response to the effort we made trying to get a 3rd game made 🤷
