@sainsburys so I've just collected a voucher giving 50 nectar points on my next purchase. I asked the assistant to put thru a carrier bag to get the points. She rudely snapped "it means a shop, go away and dont ask stupid questions". Turns out a carrier isn't excluded!

@TeamPennine hi I have left a grey backpack with vital medication on the 2130 departure 303 from Huddersfield to Scapegoat Hill today . I got off at Scapegoat Hill and forgot it. If it makes it back to the bus station how can I get it back please?

@quorn We cannot currently guarantee an alternative that would meet your needs. You are entitled to a full refund for your ticket if you are unable to travel due to the cancelled service. ^SG

@quorn We do not have any ticket acceptance in place for the 09:13 service. If there is any ticket acceptance put in place overnight then it will be tweeted out over night. If not, your tickets will be valid on other GC services. ^SG

@quorn Not unless ticket acceptance is in place. We will tweet out tomorrow morning about the cancelations and the tweet will include the alternative arrangements. If you arrive to your destination later than planned then you may be entitled to compensation. grandcentralrail.com/help/refunds-a… ^SG

@quorn Hi Andy, your ticket will be valid on the 07:20 or 10:48 services. We do not currently have any other alternative arrangements. Anything that we do arrange will be tweeted out overnight. ^SG

@quorn If we have to cancel the last service then we will provide alternative transport. This would be ticket acceptance with other companies and a mixture of coaches/taxi's if there is no route for passengers by train. ^SG
