Flew on @airindia AI 857 from Delhi to Pune today. Departing at 1305 hrs, considering a 2 hour flight and time of day, expected to be served a warm lunch. Instead the food service was a meal box with an extremely cold paneer puff with juice pack. Disappointed to say the least.
