what's funnier is wanda just said its FTL and didn't even specify by how much faster. it's straight up bull.

@qweztion He's a good writer for F4, but he hasn't done an ounce of research when it comes to characters that aren't from that medium. Which is so unfortunate, since he clearly is talented, but his lack of attempt to understand other characters impedes the quality of his writing.

@ZsForZedd @BruceWayne9851 no he cant. it specifically says the target is moving at the speed of light on the other side of the universe. letting him have unrealistic feats like killing a mosquito with a needle is one thing, but a human no matter how good he is can't make a shot at a FTL target.

@crh_perseph It's somewhat similar but there is still an overt difference. Hyperion was constantly changing trajectory and it was impossible to track him accurately because he was moving at light speeds. In this case, Wanda's spell needs "physical contact" to displace them.

These had some good beats for Wanda, but a character with 50+ years of publication history and immense growth in redefining her power and skill shouldn't still have the same limitations she had when first learning magic. You can't expect that for any characters progression tbh.

I miss when Scarlett Witch while powerful, has limitations on what spells she’s casting that relies on others to defend her or be tactical with her abilities to outsmart her enemies. Not to mention her inner conflict of being useless and deeply empathetic felt something loss
