Hit 100 followers today. Not a big number. But every single one came from showing up and sharing real work. No growth hacks. No engagement pods. No “follow for follow.” Just design thinking, build-in-public updates, and conversations with people who care about the same things. 100 people who chose to pay attention. That’s not a vanity metric. That’s a foundation. Now back to building. #FramerChallenge

$2k/month from templates. Fully passive. Fully outsourced. Took 4-6 months to get there. But it wasn't a straight line — some months were great, some were brutal. Most of it came from the Webflow marketplace. 25+ templates doing the work while I slept. I know it doesn't sound impressive, and it has a very bad ROI. But this was just the foundation. Client projects. Framer commissions. Recurring retainers. That's where the real numbers started. More on that next.
