@jfy133 @mitoPR If you're talking about sample prep rooms, where there might be 'real manual labor' going even lower might be necessary. We once had a PhD putting a thermometer to his belly under the plastic suit and it started beeping. So yeah, it gets really hot!

#ancientDNA peeps: Does anyone have advice for the ideal temperature to keep the aDNA cleanlab so staff can work comfortably in full PPE? We are considering setting our temp a bit lower than RT but not sure how low to go. Any thoughts or anecdotes on what works for your lab?
