During a study at Harvard in the 1950s, Dr. Curt Richter placed rats in a pool of water to test how long they could tread water. On average they'd give up and sink after 15 minutes. But right before they gave up due to exhaustion, the researchers would pluck them out, dry them off, let them rest for a few minutes - and put them back in for a second round. In this second try - how long do you think they lasted? Remember - they had just swam until failure only a few short minutes ago... How long do you think? Another 15 minutes? 10 minutes? 5 minutes? No! 60 hours! That's not an error. That's right! 60 hours of swimming. The conclusion drawn was that since the rats BELIEVED that they would eventually be rescued, they could push their bodies way past what they previously thought impossible. Many people don't realize that my disability is largely invisible. Along with this, I also deal with chronic pain, which adds another layer of complexity to my daily life. While I might appear to move around without assistance, there are tools and devices that play a crucial role in my day-to-day activities. For example, chairs are not just for sitting; in my case, they're essential for showering safely and comfortably, especially on days when the pain is more intense. Similarly, gadgets like electric can openers are more than conveniences—they're key to my independence in the kitchen, allowing me to prepare meals without exacerbating my pain. My walker is another vital tool. Although there are days when I can manage without it, there are also times when it's indispensable for mobility and stability, particularly when my pain is at its peak. It's important to understand that the needs of individuals with disabilities can vary from day to day, and having access to the right tools and support is crucial for our independence and well-being.

The genocide of Gaza will be the first genocide in modern history that was completely obvious to everybody in the world due to social media. Israel has signalled the genocide by its rhetoric and carpet bombing for a week. The mainstream media has laid the ground for the genocide by faking stories and whipping up hysteria.
