27-year-old Habibur Rahman, was abusing and harassing an elderly lady in the town of Rochdale when a group of tree surgeons who were working near by intervened to stop him. Raham, angered at being “disrespected“, then quickly gathered a gang of at least 20 men and they attacked the four tree surgeons calling them “white bastards”after they tracked them to the property where they were working in the area.

I produced my best 20 minute power for years tonight. I’ve broken multiple time trial records on the tandem (post stroke) and hold some solo ones (pre stroke). I am registered blind, but I can’t compete as a paracyclist in the #CommonwealthGames. How is that inclusive? Pls rt
