First day of residency ✅: First order = lactation consult (as were 2&3, then some Bili's) Saw lots of cute babies. Started with mild chaos, then we got it. Thankful for a great attending & cointerns. Signed 4 of "my" babies out; it felt so real. 1 day down, a lifetime to go ❤️
