usdc is going to be the worst of all worlds it's extremely easy to lose these dollars: there is virtually zero friction to convert and launder post-hack or exploit, and you're equally unable to retrieve due to user error meanwhile, the company is seeking to offload any responsibility for freezing funds to legal structures that unequivocally cannot move as fast as blockchain transactions; they know that this is a suboptimal solution that will cost users significant money while benefitting bad actors unfortunately, regulated stablecoins ultimately become cuckbucks in this scenario, as the centralized issuers refuse to take on any responsibility for making difficult decisions that would be in line with their extremely broad terms and their smart contracts that allow them to freeze usdc i'm not sympathetic to the arguments that asking circle to freeze usdc presents a moral quandary either. we are clearly dealing with a centralized issuer deeply and actively seeking legislative, regulatory and law enforcement oversight as a strategic goal no one is pretending this is a decentralized dollar equivalent, so there is no "slippery slope" to requesting the centralized issuer freeze funds, even temporarily for a cooldown period, in proven exploit scenarios open to pitches for a better onchain dollar; we can and will do better

This is the biggest bait I ever seen. $5m for first place? Why so much? Why not $3m and split race into more players. It's soo obvious af that top1 - top3 will be sniped by admin accounts ($6,5m) and only $500k will be paid to actuall players. If they just moved $2m from first they could have done 200x $10k payouts but that ofc would actually require them to pay it out. They just put $7m so it's attention bait and they will just snipe 95% of it themselfs

Chipsgg have shown time and time again that they’re not willing to change. At this point, it’s hard to ignore. Their higher-ups are a cancer to the brand, and it genuinely feels like shady behavior is just part of their nature. How many more times are people going to allow this cycle to repeat itself? Chips gains traction, scams, fades for a while, comes back with a marketing push, rebuilds trust… and then scams again. It’s getting ridiculous. At some point, people just need to stay away from @chipsgg for good.

It has somehow become the default formula for gambling streams. If the creator does not go down to their last dollar and “hero run” it back to six figures, the stream is considered boring. Whatever happened to promoting responsible gambling? Casinos have never exactly championed it, but at least they tried to keep up appearances. With tactics like this, that mask feels like it has completely slipped.
