Fellow builders & devs:
When you start a new (ambitious) project, what’s your personal process?
Do you research heavily first, sketch ideas, talk to potential users or just start building fast?
Share your approach
I’d really appreciate the wisdom

@shcherbakcoach Thanks Alexander! 🙏
Really needed to hear this perspective.
Appreciate the encouragement I’ll embrace the uncertainty 🔥
Best of luck with your own projects too!
English

@radley0x Lack of fintech experience can actually be your superpower—you aren’t bound by old industry dogmas. Embrace the uncertainty, it never really goes away anyway. Best of luck with the foundation phase
English

I’ve had this idea for a while and I’m finally starting. No prior fintech experience, just excitement and a lot of uncertainty 😅
Instead of rushing into code, I’m doing proper research first.

@_devEmmy Thanks Emmy! This is clean and practical🔥
Love the step-by-step structure.
Do you usually create any diagrams or documents during step 2 (system design), or do you keep it lightweight?
Appreciate the wisdom bro 💪
English

@radley0x My approach is simple:
1. First, clearly define the problem.
2. Design the system and pick the right architecture.
3. Break it down into a realistic MVP timeline.
4. Then execute and code it.
English

@HyveMindx1 Thanks Naman! 💪
Research first then MVP is smart. Taking notes.
Your on-device LLM project looks dope, running AI locally is impressive.
How’s the performance on mid-range Android devices?
Would love to follow your journey too. Keep crushing it 🔥
English

@radley0x I generally research first and then develop a MVP for the showcase. This approach feels promising, at least that's what i could induce from my thinking.
Btw, have a look at what am i building

@_devEmmy Thanks Emmy! Solid advice 💪
Are you doing heavy research + system design before every project? Any tips on how you structure the planning phase?
English

@radley0x Research first
Run full planning and system design prep.
