#BTCCBestCEX BTCC is by far the worst CEX that exists. I signed up to get a 15% deposit bonus, and that’s when the problems started. BTCC clearly doesn’t want you to withdraw from their exchange, especially your profits. For my first withdrawal, I waited from December 1st to December 10th, a full 9 days. I was, of course, asked to complete KYC, including a face scan, ID card photos, and a selfie for support. I didn’t plan to keep using their exchange because of how they treat users, so I decided to withdraw all my funds. I’ve been waiting since December 10th, and as of December 14th, the withdrawal still hasn’t been processed because it requires manual verification. This exchange is a bad joke and I strongly do not recommend using it. I’ll attach screenshots below. Support cannot provide a concrete date for when the withdrawal will be approved, so you could end up waiting indefinitely.

After another 11 days, the situation remains exactly the same. I still haven’t received any real response from @BTCCexchange regarding why my funds were taken. Every attempt to contact them ends with the same generic support email saying that my case is “being reviewed by the relevant department” and that there is no update at this time. What’s even more concerning is that on X you can clearly see many more people reporting similar issues and claiming they were also affected by this exchange. #scam #crypto #btcc

We have an update on @BTCC: the exchange decided to confiscate my profit( ~2k usdt) because my actions were considered malicious. The 15% loss-covering bonus is fine, but you can’t use it to cover losses and make a profit, because then their budget doesn’t add up. So they decided to take all my profit and refund only the deposit. Avoid this exchange at all costs #scam #crypto #bonus #btcc #btc #sol
