@radoraychev @deepak_neuro Thank you Rado! BP was kept at 160 before thrombectomy and at time of post thrombectomy image it was still same — we lowered BP after that run. I don’t have data on CO2. Will keep an eye in the future.

It is my turn to show a TICI=3. Pre and post ACA thrombectomy, what is the difference (other than the obvious)? Pre-thrombectomy MCA branches vasodilation (red arrows) that resolves once ACA is open. Once you see it, you can’t unsee it.

Underlying ICAD/Stenosis should always be considered especially in this patient population. The current "thrombectomy" technology is designed for this pathology. We need better tools.
