Making merch is so expensive I think you would faint if you found out how much I spent this year 😭😭😭 It’s a lot of time, labor, and risk not knowing if you will make profit but at the end of the day, you’re in it for the love of the game and you make fan merch because you truly love and support that character/Vtuber
