@NOWHelpTeam No. They are not. They have scripts that they won’t deviate from. They don’t try to understand the issue. They don’t listen. As you don’t listen, as I already said I wasted 30 minutes on chat. So find me someone that will listen and act upon my complaint. Get them to contact me

@NOWHelpTeam I bought a day pass on Saturday, timing it so that I could catch some of the F1 qualifying, but ensuring that the 24 hour pass ran to the end of the race. The clocks went back, you ended the pass after 23 hours. And I can’t complain on your website because it’s broke

@NOWHelpTeam I bought a 24 HOUR pass to watch the F1. I timed the activation of the pass to ensure that it would still be valid for the duration of the race. However, the clocks went back for Daylight Saving time, and you terminated the pass after 23 HOURS.
