I really don’t know whats gonna happen in my life anymore. Beta blockers and anxiety medications have made me more emotionally numb while also extremely emotionally exhausted depending on the thoughts I have - which are too many to handle at any given time. I think I have handled the post-heart attack mostly well but the loneliness creeps in faster whenever I get into bed or am just physically alone. I’m craving caring physical touch from a romantic partner.
