Stopping for Yelagiri express at Ambattur towards Jolarpet, Bangalore Double decker exp in both directions & Kovai express towards Chennai at Tiruvallur will commence from 26/01/2026.

SETC has introduced new bus route from Avadi to Tiruchendur starting from today onwards. People who are going to Tiruchendur from Avadi can board the bus from Avadi itself instead of going to Kilambakkam.

Work sanctioned to increase the height of platform no4 at Avadi. The platform height will be increased to 8cms from the present height. Work to be completed in this financial year.
