Its amusing how people react to perceived 'eliticism'. We come from govt. school & college and applied for DGC which we thought was a nice govt club, early in our job and received it after 20 years! Used it for gym, swimming, tennis, occasional dinning. 'Elite', my foot ;-)

What nonsense!. He is absolutely right. There is 100 acre Airforce golf course 200meters from DGC. There is 200 acre Delhi Golf Club just 2 kms from DGC. Why pick on 27 acre multi-sports club. Every tom dick and harry abuses the word 'entitled' as if they r living life of a monk.

This Gymkhana Club debate is getting out of hand. Some members representing the club on TV debates want the GOI to explain to them the security issue, for them to consider the eviction notice. That would set a dangerous legal precedent. What entitlement!
