@Nike i purchased Nike Men Air Force 1 07 sneakers from Nike India for Rs 7999. Within a short period of normal use the shoes developed abnormal creasing and material quality failure. I raised claim number 133850845 and shared invoice and photos but Nike has still not resolved it or refunded my money. This is a clear consumer grievance and I am now filing a complaint before the Consumer Forum for defect in goods deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under Consumer Protection Act 2019.
