10 open source GitHub repos that replaced my 9-to-5 income last year. Most people are still trading hours for dollars while these repos quietly print money in the background. Here are the 10 that changed everything for me 👇 1/ Cal .com The open source Calendly killer. I deployed it on a $5 VPS, slapped a custom domain on it, and started selling "booking system setup" to local businesses for $800 a pop. 30 minutes of work per client. Zero ongoing maintenance. github.com/calcom/cal.com 2/ Plausible Analytics Privacy-first Google Analytics replacement. Self-hosted it once. Now I resell analytics dashboards to agencies who hate Google for $49/month per client. 14 clients. Zero churn in 8 months. github.com/plausible/anal… 3/ Listmonk Open source Mailchimp. Handles a million emails a month on a single server. I run cold email campaigns for B2B clients who were paying $400/month to Mailchimp. I charge them $200 and pocket the difference. github.com/knadh/listmonk 4/ Documenso The open source DocuSign. I host it for legal firms and real estate agents who refuse to pay DocuSign's $40/month per seat pricing. Flat $99/month per company. Setup takes one afternoon. github.com/documenso/docu… 5/ Chatwoot Open source Intercom. Live chat, email, WhatsApp, Instagram all in one inbox. I sell it to ecommerce stores that quoted $500/month from Intercom. I charge $150 and they think I'm a wizard. github.com/chatwoot/chatw… 6/ Penpot The open source Figma. Design agencies that don't want to pay $15 per editor per month love this. I host instances for small studios at $79/month flat. Unlimited seats. They save thousands. github.com/penpot/penpot 7/ Formbricks Open source Typeform. Surveys, forms, NPS, all of it. Marketing teams burn $99/month on Typeform without thinking. I charge them $39 to host Formbricks for them and they never ask questions. github.com/formbricks/for… 8/ Umami Lightweight web analytics that doesn't slow down your site. I bundle it with website builds and charge a $20/month "analytics maintenance" fee per client. 23 clients on autopilot. $460/month I never touch. github.com/umami-software… 9/ Mautic Open source HubSpot. Marketing automation, lead scoring, email sequences, the whole stack. Small businesses that can't afford $1,200/month for HubSpot pay me $250/month to run Mautic for them. github.com/mautic/mautic 10/ Erpnext Full open source ERP. Inventory, accounting, HR, CRM. I implement this for small manufacturers who were quoted $50K by SAP consultants. I charge $8K flat. Takes me two weeks. They get something better than what SAP would have given them. github.com/frappe/erpnext The pattern is simple. SaaS pricing has gotten insane. Small businesses are looking for someone to run the open source version for them at a fraction of the cost. You don't need to build anything. You just need to deploy what's already free and charge for the work nobody wants to do themselves. That's how I replaced my salary in 11 months.

ANTHROPIC DROPPED A GUIDE ON POLYMARKET TRADING BOTS AND NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT IT 6-step agent pipeline. Claude as the brain. Runs on the CLOB API. Built by the same team that built Claude. Here's what it actually does: Step 1 - Scan 300+ active markets filtered by liquidity, volume, and time to resolution Step 2 - Research Parallel agents scrape Twitter, Reddit, RSS NLP sentiment per market Compares narrative signal against current odds Step 3 - Predict XGBoost + LLM calibrate true probability vs market price Fires only when confidence exceeds threshold Step 4 - Risk 4 rules before any trade executes: edge = p_model - p_market > 0.04 size <= kelly(f, bankroll) exposure + bet <= max_exposure VaR(95%) within daily limit Step 5 - Execute Orders placed via Polymarket CLOB API on-chain Slippage monitored Auto-hedge if conditions shift pre-settlement Step 6 - Compound 5 agents extract loss cause + prevention Save to knowledge base Future scans search past cases first Simulated backtest over 90 days: Win Rate: 68.4% Sharpe: 2.14 Max DD: -4.2% Profit Factor: 1.84 Full breakdown + core formulas in the article👇

If I had to learn to build AI agents in 90 days, I would not waste time on tutorials. I would clone these 10 GitHub repos and build until something shipped. 1. Pipecat The framework powering most of the production voice agents you've actually used. Sub-200ms latency, multimodal, Subagent protocol baked in. repo → github.com/pipecat-ai/pip… 2. Browser-use Lets your agent click, type, and navigate any website like a human. The repo behind every "AI booked my flight" demo you've seen this year. repo → github.com/browser-use/br… 3. Mastra TypeScript-first agent framework backed by YC and Paul Graham. 1.77M monthly npm downloads. The Vercel of agents. repo → github.com/mastra-ai/mast… 4. Dify Visual drag-and-drop builder for full agentic workflows. RAG, MCP, 100+ LLM providers. Self-host in one Docker command. repo → github.com/langgenius/dify 5. RAGFlow The RAG engine that solves the messy-document problem. Layout-aware chunking, agentic retrieval, citation grounding for legal and medical use cases. repo → github.com/infiniflow/rag… 6. Mem0 The memory layer every serious agent ends up needing. Long-term, hybrid search, re-ranking, persists across sessions. repo → github.com/mem0ai/mem0 7. LiveKit Agents Real-time voice and video agents with WebRTC under the hood. The infra Sesame, Tavus, and most YC voice startups quietly run on. repo → github.com/livekit/agents 8. Composio Connect your agent to Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Notion, and 1,000+ apps with auth handled for you. Skips the entire OAuth nightmare. repo → github.com/ComposioHQ/com… 9. AG2 The fork of AutoGen that survived the split. Multi-agent conversation framework from Microsoft Research with the loudest production track record. repo → github.com/ag2ai/ag2 10. Awesome Claude Skills 1,000+ production-ready Skills you can install in one command. Reading this repo is a free graduate course in prompt and workflow design. repo → github.com/travisvn/aweso…

There's a GitHub repo with 323K stars that lists every free API on the internet. The same repo every senior developer has bookmarked but never tells juniors about. It's called Public APIs. 1,500+ free endpoints, organized by category, with auth type and HTTPS status documented for every single one. Here's what's actually in there: → Finance, crypto, stocks, and banking data → Weather, geocoding, maps, and transportation → Books, music, movies, anime, and games → Machine learning, OCR, and sentiment analysis → Government data, open datasets, news, and health → Calendars, currency, security, sports, and dev tools Every entry tells you exactly what you need before you click. Auth type. CORS status. HTTPS support. Direct link to the docs. The dirty secret of the API economy is sitting in plain sight here. Half the $99/month tools on the market are wrapping free endpoints from this repo and selling them back to you with a dashboard. Solo devs are shipping entire products on the free tier of these APIs. Senior engineers know. Juniors are out there paying RapidAPI subscriptions for endpoints that have been free this whole time. 323K stars. MIT License. 100% Opensource.

Claude will gaslight you, until you install this skill. It's called The LLM Council. You ask a question. 5 advisors attack it from different angles. Then they peer-review each other before giving you the verdict. How it works: 1. You ask a real decision question. 2. 5 advisors attack it from different angles. 3. They grade each other's work anonymously. 4. Chairman synthesises one verdict and the next step. Install in 4 steps: 1. Download the skill drive.google.com/file/d/16N7dwX… 2. Open Customise skills in Claude 3. Upload the SKILL.md file 4. Type /llm-council One Claude tells you you're right. Five Claudes show you where you're wrong.
