I finally found a hip doctor that didn’t laugh at me and tell me I’m to young for a hip replacement. He said that he couldn’t work on my hip but he knew some people in Little Rock that specialize in hip replacement surgeries. So that’s exciting. I’m not going to get my hopes up tho. He’s going to refer me to those guys.

God will not be mocked. I mean that literally. King Herod Agrippa I, when he refused to give credit to God during a public event, was struck down in that exact moment and was recorded by the Book of Acts as well as the historian Josephus as dying a horrifically painful death when his bowels burst and began to rot, and his flesh was consumed by worms. King Nebuchadnezzar was stricken instantly with madness and driven from his Kingdom for a period of time after he credited the glory of the empire of Babylon to himself, and was only reinstated to his position and had his mind restored when he "acknowledged that the Most High is sovereign over all kingdoms on earth and gives them to anyone he wishes.” His grandson, King Belshazzar, had a feast where they drank wine from golden cups from Jerusalems Holy Temple as an act of sacrilege, and was that night killed and had his kingdom divided after a very public supernatural warning from an angel of the Lord. Not only are there historical examples, but modern examples such as a comedian mocking God and in that exact moment, suddenly losing consciousness, falling and breaking her skull open on the ground. Deny him, sure. He's gifted you the free will to make that choice. But mock him? Make a public declaration under Heaven that He isn't who He says He is? The King of Kings and the Lord of Lords is a Sovereign ruler over all kingdoms and all people. If someone forgets that, He has been known to remind them swiftly and harshly. God will not be mocked.

Demons can and do whisper in ears, regardless of your faith, that is part of the trial of being human. But anyone that succumbs must still be destroyed. The crime is still yours, you own it fully.

I generally try to stay away from current politics and trends, except where it intersects with religion in a historical context. Why? Because it doesn't matter what color tie sits in the special chair. They wouldn't be there unless God ordained it anyway. If you deserve what you tolerate, then in the same manner you are ruled by the leaders that you deserve. You want to know my politics? God and guns. That's it. I'll do my best to call us back to God because every single political and ideological concept that won't end in suffering and millions of deaths finds it's root in the living Word. In the meantime, I'll keep my powder dry because I've read Foxe's Book of Martyrs and I know what happens when governments turn against men of faith. Stay bold in your faith, homies.
