@airindia Trying to book a ticket for last 3 hours from Del to IJK without any success it seems time to book a ticket is more than travel time both web and app reflect 4 seats available but at checkout gives an error cannot fetch the catalogue tried all possible combinations

@rainasanjay123 Dear Sir, we're sorry for the trouble. Currently, there are few functionalities of frequent flyer program which are yet to restored and redemption of miles ticket is one of them. However, the same can be done via our city office or call center. We request your kind understanding.

@ICICIBank I am customer of your wealth branch golf course road gurugram. I am struggling for over 45 days now to open a PPF a/c with this branch but despite all assurances of staff there there is no progress. It seems you are not interested in low yield PPF a/C's.

@ICICIBank I observed that your staff is least trained and have very limited knowledge of retail banking and PPF a/c. They just collect docs and pass on to back office. The only service that they provide to customers is one liner " We will check with back office and let you know"

@DelhiAirport waiting for my luggage to come for last 40 mts ai808 flight landed at 11.40 and till. 0022 have not recd and yr system says delivery ended at 00.14. Pathetic

Just checked in AI 808 today. Seems new mgmt have added some more rows no leg space we are all cooped up like cattle. The new air India shd officially name economy as cattle class.

It seems our old PSU AI was far better in customer interface, service, booking experience FR program and I found travel experience same as before in fact in-flight catering is very poor now. As a customer I will always prefer my old PSU AI than what it is now.

@airindiain It is so easy to say sorry and it does not cost you anything. at 8.30 PM when I have to travel tomorrow how do you think I will visit your city office that too assuming it will be open I have huge accumulated FR pts. Even yr call centre nos do not respond holding time over 40 mts
