@ICICIBank I am customer of your wealth branch golf course road gurugram. I am struggling for over 45 days now to open a PPF a/c with this branch but despite all assurances of staff there there is no progress. It seems you are not interested in low yield PPF a/C's.

Just checked in AI 808 today. Seems new mgmt have added some more rows no leg space we are all cooped up like cattle. The new air India shd officially name economy as cattle class.



It seems our old PSU AI was far better in customer interface, service, booking experience FR program and I found travel experience same as before in fact in-flight catering is very poor now. As a customer I will always prefer my old PSU AI than what it is now.

@rainasanjay123 Dear Sir, we're sorry for the trouble. Currently, there are few functionalities of frequent flyer program which are yet to restored and redemption of miles ticket is one of them. However, the same can be done via our city office or call center. We request your kind understanding.
