@nchardenet Yeah! It was quite interesting. The sky light up bright before it happened. And once it started hitting the CN tower, my microphone and tv stopped working 😅. I guess it's from static electricity interference. And then the thunder hit and it was loud again

@GoodLifeFitness Thanks. I went in person. However, they are now telling me my membership is on pause now as I have no bank account linked to my account, though I paid in full through corporate membership. Can you please advise what to do? They did not let me speak to a Manager due to this.
@rajatonit We would recommend calling the nearest location to check when/if a manager is present in able to help assist with cancelling the account. As long as a general manager or fitness manager is at the club when you visit, they can help process the cancellation.
@GoodLifeFitness Why is it impossible to quit my PT subscription? I have tried going in person and calling, but no one is able to do anything. Please help
@rajatonit Hi Rajat. If you're still within your binding period, you can only process a cancellation with a manager present or by calling our member experience department at 1-800-387-2524 when they're open Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm EST.
