Shameful from @RailMinIndia. My father reported a man lying at PF-8, Kharagpur via RailMadad this morning. The man has been in critical condition for 10 days. They called asking random questions and closed the complaint. The man is still there. @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailwaySeva
