This is probably the craziest proprietary herbal product I have ever come across in my profession as a clinical researcher studying and analysing herbal and dietary supplements and liver damage since six years. A young woman consumed this continuously for a month and then intermittently for few weeks for "general wellness." Multiherbal products have no clinically proven benefits and can land you with severe adverse events.

@OfficialSauravD If one goes by pattern this government looks down on public equating itself with its elected government. RTI was what they used to bring down UPA so they have publicly gone against it. And of course that charlatan who was the mascot they used is useless even to them now.

A number of RTIs are being rejected on the grounds that the public authority is not mandated to "create information". True, however, one must note that if the information requested is most definitely part of the records but just not maintained in the manner as sought, the RTI Act obligates the public authority to "maintain all its records duly catalogued and indexed in a manner and the form which facilitates the right to information". For example, if you seek information on aggregate number of prosecution requests against officers of a particular department, and the PIO rejects it saying you have not specified specific cadre of officers or their designations, such an answer is wholly illegal. This is because administrative difficulties in maintaining information most certainly contained in the records held by the public authority, albeit in some other form, cannot come in the way of one's right to know. Section 4(1)(a) requires the public authority to maintain this information in a manner that will facilitate the right to information, not defeat it. In doing so, the public authority is not "creating" information, only maintaining it to facilitate RTI requests. Sharing because I thought it will be useful for those appealing.
