@Airtel_Presence It’s been 2 days since the concern and I ‘ve heard nothing, what is taking so long., & what about my lost days without internet ??? I want a refund or compensation, how could the usage days be active when your wifi is down, this is the best way to fool a customer @airtelindia

And let me ask this clearly — who is going to compensate me for all these days of lost service? Why should I pay for a service that hasn’t even been working? This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
