An ideal batter who is an anchor playing 21 balls should have scored 36-38 runs. Rutu scored 21 runs less. An ideal middle order batter playing 23 balls should ve also scored 36-38 runs. Dube scored 15 runs less. Thats already 36 runs less. Atleast 25 short in this wicket.
