@stellaomalley3 Still off the charts. I recently got involved with a support group for families of alcoholics, and to say it was an eye opener would be a gross understatement. I never realised how bad a problem it is. And I’m a former drinker as well.

I’m not sure what to make of this but I bet none of the equivalent drink in pubs now. Instead they drink cans at home. The level of alcoholism back then was off the charts. The alcoholic culture was everywhere in Ireland

MARCH TO THE DAIL: REMAINING DEMOCRATIC SOLUTION: What the State are doing is in no small terms planned modern warfare. Every rape murder, and attack is a product that leaders know is likely to continue. They have access to the same data we do, they just don't care about it. What they are doing, is extreme, radical clearly deliberate and has no informed consent. It would be fundamentally naive to believe we can vote our way out of this situation. We cant, we aren't going to get fair elections, the situation has already moved beyond that. Thousands of People are already dead because of this Government after Covid. 50000 fetuses aborted. Rapes up 43%. Hundreds of thousands planted in rural communities and towns. Children are rapidly becoming minorities in class rooms. Right wing leaders are generally not being pragmatic or mature about the crisis we are in. The approach is not proportionate to what the State have done. We wont have a country in 5 years. The truth is we basically don't really have one now its been hollowed out but in 5 years our people might be beyond saving. If we do everything we can Today there might be a new Ireland for Irish children Tomorrow. But it would take sweat, tears, and great sacrifice. If Nationalists want a country, then that means leading a march to Dail with thousands of people, and exposing the Genocide and Treason in plain terms, and peacefully demanding that leaders present themselves for citizen arrests, and the Garda and Military etc support us for the sake of the Nation. This is the one logical peaceful solution available, everything else is just wasting precious time. The situation is already that serious. This is the North star we should be working towards.

@MarnellRoi53898 No, it is not available and VPN only works on a laptop/PC. Most TV providers e.g. Vodafone do not allow recording BBC as recordings are now cloud based. I would happily pay for access to IPlayer.

Is it true that down South Ireland can't get the BBC Iplayer?

@MarnellRoi53898 @B2BMikeW Not sure if that can be true. If it is, BBC should go into cyber security. VPNs are used by individuals and organisations like governments, who need security and a VPN is part of that.
