Just to let you all know… I had my third and final heart operation today and it went very well :) I’m tired but feeling good… 7 weeks since my heart attack and it’s been a little journey… Because of wonderful care and the hard work of some great doctors and nurses, I was able to tour and after a little rest I’ll be back to my old self. Cheers (Don’t have a heart attack by the way. Not fun. Especially if you black out and collapse onto a glass ornament that shatters in your face… ) 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾💫

It’s been a little over two weeks since my heart attack now… and I’m feeling pretty good. I’ve said here before that I believe we spend our lives like droplets of spray from an ocean wave…. We have our brief moment in the sunlight before we return to the ocean… What has struck me in the last two weeks is that it is so much more rewarding to pay less attention to the panic, anxiety and fear of other “droplets” suspended in the air… than to listen to the calm, powerful roar of the infinite ocean. There is a vast sea of consciousness all around us. Sometimes I feel it through music, poetry or art… That feeling that we are never alone… that we are just a part of something far bigger than our daily traumas. Thank you for all your lovely well wishes. You’ve all been so kind. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾💫❤️
