BIGGEST SCAM. PERIOD. A poorly organised so-called GOAT event in Kolkata. I said this from day one — they will mess it up. And they did. Politicians and management completely played with the emotions of Messi fans. More than 50–100 people were allowed near Messi — all politicians and their close circles — while 100,000 fans in the stadium were treated like spectators to a joke. People sitting in the stands couldn’t even see who Messi was. That’s how badly this was handled. This wasn’t a fan event. This was a VIP political show, using Messi’s name and fans’ money. Absolutely shameful. Easily the biggest scam pulled on football fans in India. If the organisers have even a drop of empathy or shame, they should refund the ticket amount immediately. An all important election for Mr. Vijay is happening and time is very less. Since the time is very less and last date for nomination will arrive in a jiffy. All experienced political parties are conducting hectic negotiations and finalising candidates. Political parties are also making arrangements for funds, manpower, campaign design, etc. As elections have already been announced, every minute counts. But, Vijay who keep saying that TVK is going to form the government, is flying to Mumbai in a charted flight on a private visit. Does he seriously think that TN people are so foolish to vote for such a non-serious politician who cares more on his personal matters and not on state’s issues and politics ? Whether Vijay started TVK and contests in a non serious manner to ensure that anti-DMK votes are split and DMK wins again is a moot question to ponder. It seems that the entire TVK is the B team of DMK, though they are into some serious shadow fighting. @TVKVijayHQ
