my MacBook Pro screen is totally destroyed Apple said it’ll be $859 plus tax to repair it 👎 M1 Max with 4TB SSD and 64GB of RAM I don’t feel the need to upgrade at all Here’s what i’m thinking and i need your input - Keep the MBP in clamshell mode and have dual monitors in my office with mouse and keyboard - Buy an iPad for on the go and occasional second screen usage My thought was I could use the ipad as a monitor with the laptop occasionally when I’m traveling, but use my Mac as essentially a desktop mac most of the time at my office Which ipad should I get? Should I buy the new M4 iPad Pro? Or do you think a baseline $300 a16 model will suffice
