Unfortunately SLD occurred after clip release.

He had prox LCX occlusion and diffuse disease in the LAD. After PPCI to the LCX the patient was still in CS. With difficult oxygenation. TTE was done.

The patient inotropes dependence decreased and lactate dropped from 9 to 4 mmol/L. Door to clip time was 92 minutes.

“Door to TEER” for acute MR. A 80 y/o 👨🏼‍🦳w/o PMH other than HTN was brought directly to the lab with lateral STEMI. His wife described a week of “heartburn”. On arrival he was gray, diaphoretic and disoriented. SBP was 70mmHg and he was congested. This is ECG done by the EMT.

It was a fantastic PCR week. 15 oral presentations for SZMC team including a late breaking and a complex broadcast of a complex TAVI & simultaneous calcified left main PCI. Congratulations to all #EuroPCR #TAVR #CHIP

Ultra Low Contrast PCI in @ShaareZedekMed 70 YOM NSTEMI CKD creatinine 2, treated successfully by Dr @ramii125 and Dr @AmirOrlev using an #IVUS #Coregistration technology and only 6ml contrast media (instead of ~100ml), with an excellent end-result. Great news for CKD patients!
