One thing I noticed is that his answer sheet does not appear to have been evaluated through the on screen marking system and was instead checked manually only after he raised his complaint. It points toward massive mismanagement, possible data mix ups, and a completely compromised evaluation process where students’ futures are being handled with shocking carelessness behind closed doors.

Me too. I had applied for re-evaluation of my son’s 10th mark. After re-evaluation his marks increased in 4 subjects - total not calculated properly, some answers not marked at all, etc. Also I had to pay 2 times as the server crashed after payment and they had no info about payment already done…
