@kimpuraan Sitting is my paternal grandfather Rama Varma Maruthampuran. He along with Akhilswara Iyer and my father K Mukundan along with Prof C T Rajagopal had published papers on vedic mathematics.

Prince Rama Varma Maru Thampuran of Cochin. He provided the manuscripts of the Kerala works and translation, then with Akhileswaraiyer, published the pioneering edition with detailed notes in Malayalam, of the mathematics part of Yuktibhāṣā in 1948 #vedicmathematics
